For a quarter-century we have invited students to our conference…

Model United Nations at Chapel Hill (MUNCH) is a three-day international relations simulation for high school students held annually on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s campus. At MUNCH, delegates gain insight into the workings of the United Nations and the dynamics of international relations by assuming the roles of world leaders and international decision makers. Through taking on the roles of United Nations representatives, members of other international bodies, policymakers in national cabinets, and more, students gain insight into global politics and grow problem-solving, debate, and writing skills.

Building upon 25 years of experience, MUNCH strives to provide an enriching opportunity for personal and academic growth for each delegate. Through our increased emphasis on accessibility and unique committees, we are committed to providing a platform for rigorous debate and cooperation. We hope to foster globally-minded individuals with a passion for improving the quality of life worldwide. As a certified nonprofit, we aim to give back to our community by helping our delegates grow in confidence and skill level.

**MUNCH XXVI will be held in person on UNC’s campus**
